I spent years in high-stakes software sales — made six figures in my 20s, climbed the ranks fast, and thought career success equaled life success.
But beneath the polished LinkedIn profile and commission checks, I felt like garbage.
Tired all the time. Gaining weight. Foggy-headed.
And somehow, it all felt… normal.
Everyone around me was in the same boat — desk-bound, drained, and declining. We accepted it as the cost of success. But deep down, I knew something had to change.
Growing up, I was the “skinny kid.” Oreos, soda, junk food — it didn’t seem to matter because I was active.
But by my mid-20s, things shifted.
The stress, the deadlines, the long hours in front of a screen — it all caught up.
Even though I hit the gym, I was getting softer, more sluggish, and mentally drained. I didn’t even know what brain fog was until I realized I had it… all the time.
One day on my drive home, I heard Dom D’Agostino on the Tim Ferriss podcast talking about diet and performance. That one conversation lit a fire.
I dove deep into the work of Mark Sisson, Robb Wolf, Chris Kresser, and others. What they all pointed to hit me hard:
Modern humans are sick and tired — and it doesn’t have to be this way.

I started eating like a human being again — meat, veggies, fruit.
Cut the sugar. Cut the grains. No counting calories.
I stopped jogging in circles and started walking more, lifting heavier, and sprinting once a week.
The change was real — and it stuck.
I got leaner. Stronger. More focused. More alive.
By my mid-30s, I felt better than I ever did in my 20s. That trend hasn’t stopped.
I didn’t have a dramatic rock-bottom story — just the slow erosion that so many ambitious men face.
I knew there were thousands of guys like me — high-performing, successful on paper, and quietly suffering inside.
So in 2020, I founded Primal Edge Coaching to help them take back control.
Now I work 1:1 with busy, high-performing men to transform how they eat, train, sleep, move, and live — through a primal, proven, and sustainable approach.
The modern deck is stacked against you — hyper-processed foods, poor policies, Big Pharma.
But you don’t need them to be healthy.
We already have the blueprint: thousands of years of human history and design. The key is aligning with it — and building habits that last.
That’s what I help my clients do.
If you’re ready to stop trading health for hustle, let’s talk.
